Citizens and residents of forty nine countries, including Canada, can now apply for an eVisa. The cost of an eVisa is currently CAD $255* per person. Citizens and resident of other countries with PR cards would have to apply for traditional Umrah visas through the Saudi Consulate or through a Ministry approved agency in their country of citizenship.
